Processing Time
After payment confirmation, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through our website or the carrier's tracking system.
If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours of your order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays), please contact our customer service team at support@pawperfect.com.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees that may be incurred during shipping. These additional charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the delivery carrier or customs office.
Please note that international shipping times can vary significantly depending on customs clearance procedures in your country.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pawperfect.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed for shipping, we may not be able to make changes.
Order cancellations must be requested before your order has been processed for shipping. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return procedure.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at support@pawperfect.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
For damaged packages, please save all packaging materials and take photos of the damaged items for our claims process.
