Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At PawPerfect, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your PawPerfect Ultrasonic Bark Husher, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees).

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories and components

Please note that personalized or custom-ordered items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@pawperfect.com or call 1-800-PAW-PERF (1-800-729-7373) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your request.
  3. Our team will provide you with an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
  4. Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and components.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
  • Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different color or variant, please follow the same process as for returns. In your return request, please specify that you would like an exchange and provide details of the replacement item you would like.

Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Please note that you may be responsible for return shipping costs and any price difference between the original and replacement items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping. Depending on availability, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.

Please take photos of any damaged items or packaging to help us process your claim more efficiently.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank to inquire about the status of the refund.
